Domestic Violence calls have gone up 84 percent since the Ray Rice incident in Dallas. Stalking is heavily involved in many of these cases as well. I want to do a forum of people who help make decisions about these laws as well as victims, law enforcement, and judges. Then I want to understand the laws better to create more protection for the victims. City leaders such as City Managers or Mayors, city council, domestic violence organization heads would be great too.
