Domestic Violence is a MANS PROBLEM, with women typically being the victims. One of the most important changes that needs to take place in our society to put a real dent in the Domestic Violence problem is that there needs to be a change in the hearts of abusive men. There are other court-ordered, Domestic Violence Intervention programs that first time offenders can attend to avoid jail time, but this is the only one I know of that offers the Christ-centered approach. Theres a nice mixture of court-ordered individuals along with Christian men that willingly volunteer because they want to be better husbands.
