Donated Platelets at the Red Cross in Danvers today. The movie was “A Little Bit of Heaven” starring Kate Hudson. It was a tearjerker the last 10 minutes. Next stop was Richardsons Ice Cream so I could have my Coffee Frappe. Now I’m sitting at my desk getting ready to write my speech for The Friends of Make-A-Wish Dance at the Wilmington K of C tonight. I’m the guest speaker representing Make-A-Wish for the 20th year in a row. I’m honored that the O’Brien family keeps inviting me back. They have a heck of a raffle. This is their 27th year in a row having a dance in memory of Colleen. Colleen OBrien from Wilmington was the first wish child ever in Massachusetts.
