Dont continue getting caught OFF GUARD Often times we become complacent and stick with the familiar. Weve done what felt good at the moment, what seemed right and what looked appropriate to our eyes. However, the question remains Will this really last? This leads to mistrust, bitterness towards people, anger, frustration and unforgivable moments. So as I sit and ponder on How we actually ended up in these situations in the first place God said, Did we ask Him if it was okay? We go to God when we are in trouble or in need but Do we go to Him about decisions? When we ask do we jump ahead of Him and do what we want because of our impatient nature? The funny thing is many of us get mad at God when things do not turn out right but somewhere in the midst of asking Did we give up on God and listen to the adversary? Do you know the difference BETWEEN WHO is speaking to you? I was sent to inform you that its time to LISTEN and KNOW who to follow. Either we do what we want and face the hurt, repeated cycles, and the harsh consequences or we become aware of what is REAL and receive the desires of our hearts. God promised He would give them to US when we delight in Him but We must get out of our Own Way. Prayer: Lord we pray for Laser Discernment this Morning. We desire to know the plans, plots and tactics of the enemy. Whatever they are show us ahead of time so that we will not be caught in redundancy. We know we have settled for less than and just enough but our hearts desire More than enough. Teach us to simply Obey your word and be healed from every unhealthy choice made. We desire more of you oh God. Help us to hold out for the Real McCoy not fraudulent and deceptive relationships or entertain quick fixes. In Jesus name we pray.
