Dont ever let anyone tell you different. Here is the true reason for Christmas....... Now the birth of Jesus Christ happened this way; when his mother, Mary, was engaged to be married to Joseph, his earthly father, when it was confirmed that she was pregnant with a child which was conceived of the Spirit of God. Then Joseph who would become her husband, sought for a way to break off the engagement by sending the girl away privately, lest she face punishment for being pregnant before her marriage vows. And as he pondered these things in his heart, behold, an angel of the Lord suddenly appeared before him in a dream,saying, Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to marry Mary as your wife: for the child that lives in her is conceived of the Spirit of God himself. And she is going to give birth to a Son and you are going to call him name JESUS, for he shall save his people from their sins. Now these words go before all your ears that Gods prophecy concerning this is true. For he spoke before through his prophet,Isaiah, saying, Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and will bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which in the Hebrew tongue means God is with us-
