Just say, Subhanna Allah wa bihamdihi 100 times. Feel like your chest is tight and need to relax? Just say, Subhanna Allah, Alhamdulilah, La ilaha ila Allah, wa Allahu Akbar. Too much worry and stress on your mind? Just say, Allhuma sali wa salim ala sayidana Mohammed......
