Dont forget to keep a FOOD JOURNAL!!! Its amazing what our mind is capable of - A food journal keeps us more accountable and aware of what were putting in our bodies. By writing down what we eat our conscious and subconscious mind will want to see good choices and will act upon doing so. Studies have shown that those who kept daily food records lost twice as much weight as those who kept no record. (lead author Jack Hollis Ph.D., a researcher at Kaiser Permanentes Center for Health Research in Portland, OR).
