Dont forget tomorrow morning is Kristins TEAM TURKEY WOD!! 8am or 10am (OnRamp is 9:30) However, if you are unable to make the TEAM WOD times, you can do the individual WOD later in the day as follows: Five rounds for time of: 50 Wallball shots, 20#/14# Run 400 meters (sub row) *The winter running route is our neighborhood route. It is marked with orange spray paint on the ground. The route is also posted on the main board. Run down Division St., run PAST the 2nd blue houses driveway (house on the left). Its a bit further than last year due to no longer running around the pole in the parking lot. *Note- Women: For wallballs, choose a ball in which you can hit the green bumper target for each rep. If you are using the taped wall, throw the ball so it lands ABOVE the tape line. Men: Aim to the very top of the green targets, or a foot above the tape if using the taped wall.
