Dont get me wrong I love my job, I love my customers, and even the ones who are rude as never before, and even the ones who show me my job is worth keeping. I like to make my customers happy, and I find myself more often than not dealing with all DIFFERENT types of people. I can make them smile, and thats what I like about working at Dairy Queen. Even though I am not currently shift leader I solve a lot of customers complaints and problems. I havent had one customer complain about me so far, at least I hope not. I like the people I work with and no offense except for the events of the Night shift in the special occasion that they decide to slow down and take extra long to get the orders out. Other than that Im alright. I dont yell or scream and I treat my teammates and managers and customers with respect. I am a hard working individual who does everything she can to be the best she can be while shes at work, and I know that if there is ever a problem that arises that I can handle it. If it ever gets so outta hand that I cant control it, then I know where to go and I know what to do. Come August 18, I will be with Dairy Queen for 3 months and many more to come. I have basically become dedicated to my job. I dont think Ill quit working for them any time soon.
