Dont get me wrong the things that the NFL players are being charged with and convicted of horrible and wrong. What I dont understand is the handling of the situations. Why cut them? Does that make them any less apt to do it again? NO, why not keep them, suspend them and get help for them and the families? Sending them on their way isnt going to make them stop what they are doing by any means. If every person who is convicted/charged with these things were let go by their company MANY of you would be missing co workers. The bigger the company the more the likelihood. Seems to make more sense to offer/force them as employees to someplace where their families and themselves can get help.
