Dont just dump the ice on your head! DONATE! The ice water on your head does nothing to help fund research for ALS. If you cant donate the $100, then donate what you can. Watch this video. It looks a little silly at first but youll have an idea of what living with ALS is like. Basically, someone with ALS will still have their mind but lose the ability to control muscles needed to move, speak, eat and breathe. Right now, there is no cure and it will eventually lead to death and most often within 2-5 years.
