Dont shoot me BUT .... I went to great lengths this weekend to make sure my children were in good hands ( Sophias with Grampy in Hershey Park, Ang is with his God parents in Hillsborogh, Lor is with his Godparents in Readington) so that I could for the very first time this summer have a weekend off just for me. I left at 3 yesterday for my beloved Asbury Park though be it amidst a bit of turmoil and drama I arrived. Through the kindness and generosity of two very beautiful people Arthur Pavliska and Mike, (with the help of my gorgeous friend Suzanne Brindley) they have opened their amazing breathtaking and exotic home to me in the heart of Asbury for the weekend. I had without fail a typical flawless happy filled with laughter fun night with my dear friends Janice Carroll and Dave who rolled out the red carpet for me all night long . Saw many wonderful familiar faces all night long . Hung at Bar A, then The Supper Club and saw the very handsome and talented Bobby Bandiera . Boogied down with the EdEddie Testaand and his beautiful wife Carmen . Hit the windmill for some grub and even had time after that for a night cap with a dear friend. Woke up late (Yay!) and scored a table at Toast for a yummy breakfast. No regrets ... Just a little hiccup in that I miss my children terribly. It is a privilege to wake up to them every morning. And it hurts my heart when I dont ........ Here! here! to the start of another beautiful day ( as the melodious sounds of exotic birds whistle in the background though this beautiful home )
