Dont shop for any type of electronic device from Metropcs in WilkesBarre. The other day I figured Id stop by an see what the cell phone service had to offer. Everyone is going with the no contract deal nowadays. So I said hey why not. Anyway I went into the store an talked to a gentleman he was very nice an showed me this awesome cell phone said it had all the bells an whistles anyone could want. So I ended up buying the phone. He set up the phone ran my credit card an put the phone in a bag told me to have a nice day an I was on my way. When I got home I wanted to obviously make the phone my own ya know downloading apps ect. I noticed the phone didnt run as fast as he showed me an all these other problems starting coming up with the phone. I tried calling the store an not only were they rude but they hung up on me. So my next step of action was to call customer service. They were asking me questions like what pin did I set up and my childhood nick name...I said to the lady on the phone the man that set up the phone and sold me the phone never asked me any of these questions....wait the story gets better. At this point Im extremely frustrated. I tell the lady on the phone Im just going to the store an return the damn thing. Why should I be stuck with something I was told was top of the line an it would be everything I wanted and more?? I go grab my bag an I come to find there is no receipt!!!!! Cant return anything these days without one of those. So next best thing I can do, call my credit card company an have them fax me proof of me buying the phone. Wait wait it gets even better this guy wayyyyyy over charged my credit card. Idk what or who he thinks he is but action will be taken. Just thought I should let people know an beware of this store. Its a scam and they will sell you nothing but garbage and the service is terrible as well. Ill go to Verizon or any other big name company before ever considering these off the wall mediocre cell phone companys...beware beware
