Dont usually upload the selfie pics but I did manage to lose the 10 pounds I set to achieve for this video and tone up in roughly a month so pretty stoked! Im no fitness guru but heres what I did so might aswel pass it on to whoever is interested, inexpensive and simple. Morning- protein shake & porridge Lunch- regular lunch nothing too crazy unhealthy but enjoyable food still. Dinner - 6pm desired time to eat but if not made sure no carbs period. Gym routine- Just worked out different body part a day to tone. Im out to do this thing feeling positive about everything even tho I look like Im gonna kill myself in this photo. Bon voyage!
