Dont you hate it when you discover something you should have known all your life. I learned today how to make low fat blue cheese dressing that really tastes good. The secret is to dump the mayo and use Greek yogurt instead. I see this on the table all summer. Add to that some parmesan ranch chicken and its a meal. Rested up from the weekend and even booked a show for May. 1 week till surgery and I have so much to do. Showing homes this weekend so I hope to have some business popping up.
