Dont you just love telco/internet providers in this day and age still allocating a 4hr window to visit client premises to complete install. 8am to 12pm and still no sign of technician. I dont think once a technician has shown up early in that window.Surely the times we live in we dont need to waste time like this. Drives me insane. Lets track jobs per hour with status updates provided to clients and more flexible installation hours. Rant over.
