Dont you think we the people deserve better? Everyone should watch this...a easy to understand presentation of our US Food Industry and Health statistics! This is why I will never stop using my nutrition program and continue to tweak my grocery purchases. It doesnt happen over night and yes there are still things I need to eliminate from my familys diet but I know Im on the right track!! I can honestly say that after 1 short month I began to feel the difference as well as notice a physical change in my body. Wish I had known this when my kids were little - the food choices in my home would have been completely different!
