Don’t underestimate this decision, reader. This could be the strongest challenge yet to the entirety of Obamacare. The administration will certainly push for an appeal and ultimately to the Supreme Court, but the case against the subsidies appears quite strong, and if the Supremes refuse to overturn the Federal Appeals court, Obamacare will be gutted, and its demise will be both swift and certain – especially if Harry Reid loses his leadership position in the U.S. Senate after the November Elections.
