Dora Siliya loses her parliamentary seat !!! Supreme Court Judge Elizabeth Muyovwe has nullified the 2011 election victory of MMD Petauke Central MP Dora Siliya. This was after Losing PF candidate in the 2011 elections Leonard Banda petitioned the election victory of Ms. Siliya in the courts of law. Mr. Banda had appealed to the Supreme Court after he lost the original petition in the High Court. In delivering judgement this morning, Judge Muyovwe stated that there was overwhelming evidence of widespread corruption in the run up to the election in Petauke Central.
