Doubletalk from Straight Talk Poor service Wednesday, July 3, 2013 8:59 AM From: "Prof. Laszlo" View contact details To: custsrv@straighttalk, custsrv@straighttalk, custsrv@straighttalk, custsrv@straighttalk Two years ago when I first became a customer of yours, I had excellent signal (three + bars) at my home. Recently I am finding it impossible to place or receive voice or text at my home. My only form of working communication at this time is e-mail using WIFI. I suspect that your organization dropped a tower lease and is no longer serving my area adequately. Please inform me if there is a way to continue doing business with straighttalk. In light of this, it is absurd to suggest that I phone your representative. Please respond with a more practical suggestion. LK Sent from Samsung Mobile
