Douglas Hall First off, My bill hurt like hell for me this month also, BUT….even if the Council repeals the rate increase, its NOT going to lower your bill by much. It’s the fuel surcharge increase that made the bills spike. The multiplier was more than double for July over June, so what can we do about that? Short answer, nothing. This is what happens when people believe what politicians spew about getting rid of competition . We have been duped and there’s not a damn thing we can do about it.
