Downloaded the new HazWx app. However, none of the data will load - TopicsExpress

Downloaded the new HazWx app. However, none of the data will load for me. In other words I can go into the app, login, navigate to the model I want to use, choose everything else and all that loads is the relevant scale at the bottom for the parameter I selected (such as surface temps) but not the data itself (see attached image for an example). Anyone else have this issue? Brandon Sullivan - I am on a 4g connection using a Droid Razr running Android 4.1.2 - thanks for any help!
