Dr Ashok shastri---FOUR PILLARS OF GOOD HEALTH ___ ***Nutrition--Must eat healthy ,balanced food capable to provide all minerals,proteins,vitamins ,calcium necessary for the body organs -means more of green vegetables,salad,fruits and water. **Positive Attitude-Think positive,,live in healthy environment and in the company of people with positive thinking . **Rest-Take sufficient rest,,sound sleep for 6/8 hours. **Physical activity--must work out some physical exercises. regularly for at least 30 minutes. Develop good habits,avoid smoking,drinking ,junk and tinned foods.
