Dr. Henry Miller of Stanfords Hoover Institute with a brilliant indictment of the organic food movement, that turns out to be not so organic after all. He shows it produces less food, wastes water and labor and often carries more toxins dangerous to human consumers. True believers likely wont even bother to read the whole thing and think about his conclusions, but for my listeners who take the time to do that, tell me where you think hes wrong. My take is hes right. So called organic food is a dangerous and wasteful marketing scheme to foist lower quality and even dangerous products off on consumers at high prices. you true believers in organic a are certainly welcome to your beliefs, but can you at least be intellectually honest enough to consider the cost to humans of this marketing scam?
