Dr. Luong Ngoc Khue, head of the Medical Examination and Treatment Department, said that Vietnam is one of countries which have the venomous snakes to cause deaths if snakebite victims do not receive timely treatment. Accordingly the contents of snakebite methodologies are included the curriculum for post graduates in medicine schools. Doctors of big hospitals such as Bach Mai in Hanoi, the central Hue Hospital in Thua Thien-Hue Province in Central Vietnam and Cho Ray Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City are good at treating snakebite victims.
