Dr. Rahinah Ibrahim, 48, became the first person to successfully challenge placement on the U.S. governments no-fly list Tuesday, when a district court ruled that her placement on the list had been a mistake. Judge William Alsup, however, kept his full ruling classified, preventing public scrutiny of how Ibrahim was initially placed on the no-fly list, as well as any determination of whether these processes were constitutional.
