Dr Sudhendu ! u r 100% right. Big fish always harm small fish or they may try to mix with them or they try to eat them completely. I do realized the same while working in Hospitality & Health Industry. Now Doctors were not interested to go in Govt. Sector because they don’t get that facility what Pvt. Corporate Hospitals were giving. All corporates were tied up with major TPA’s for cashless facilities of their employees and due to this Hospitals were making money. They know that patients Employer will provide the amount after the approval received by the TPA’s. Also in Govt. Hospitals Doctors never treat poor peoples in well manner and do blame the Govt. that they were not giving facility and to get facilities, he/ she ask poor peoples to go at Pvt. Hospitals. Poor peoples can’t afford the medical cost and hence the casualty happen to them or in their family members. Also due to this few Doctors of big corporates had tied up their names with small diagnostic centers which make fake reports for insurance companies. Recently when I went for DC audit, I found these things happening. It’s time to Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority & Indian Medical Council authority to take actions & investigate Diagnostic Centers and Hospitals Doctors who were making MONEY only for themselves and do request all Doctors to think of the Oath they took while entering in medical sciences. They should realize that though they are treated like GOD but they are not the superpower GOD ( Generator, Operator & Destroyer).They should help peoples in every sections.
