Dr came in has worked with lots of these kiddos and believes even though all the test came back negative that he does have some sort of infection. So far his temperature is good, and he has been off oxygen all afternoon. He is coughing more and things sound like they are breaking up, I showed him that he is coughing up green, he feels that having him on the broad spectrum of antibiotics is good. Good chance that if everything is stable through the night we might be able to go home on antibiotics which is what he wants for James with all the germs in the hospital.
