Dr update, He states that everything is going good. The pain that I am having is going to be there for at least 6-8 weeks or longer. (ugh) Still have a few restrictions but at least I can move around a little more. He gave me a steroids pack to take some of the inflammation down again. I hate those but if it is going to help to straighten out the nerve I will have to deal with it. Next check up in 4 weeks.
