Chapter 2 Khilafat of Earth Family of Adam social order-Group,Tribe,Ummah(s). Adam(PBUH) made Nabi (What is the exact time?),and process continued to give divine guidance, rules etc for Ummah. Chapter 3 Laws as man is to pass joint and several Test. Do(s) & DO NOT! Given to every Nabi and continued to be given to each for his area and time of responsibility. Application to Ummah(s). Chapter 5 Violation Punishment in this world. Punishment here after Chapter 6 Islam is continuity of Orders during line of anmbia. No contradiction in Divine guidance. Rules amended by Allah(swt) for expansion of society. Chapter 6 Haram and Halal. Man had no right to change laws. When the Law was grossly interpreted there came a Nabi to revive Order. Chapter 7 Ummah(s) made gross changes in Laws. Last Nabi sent --Muhammad(PBUH). Muhammad (PBUH) is the last, because all Law has been sent to earth from heavens. There is no contradiction in Divine Books as per original text. Quran is the last Text which is preserved. No change there in till this day. To under stand that refer to Sunnah. It is a complete code of life also aimed at maintaining divine Order in Society in similar circumstances to test abudiyat and reward as promised. Chapter 8 Line of Anmbiya as per Quran. Adam......Nooh........Ibrahim........Shoaib........Musa........Isa.........Muhammad(PBUT). Chapter 9 Before Musa(PBUH) a financial practice/irregularity was developed by Bani Israel . This was called Riba by Torah and declared Haram in that Divine Order. However no punishment was prescribed. That may be a ;Sin to be Punished in the world here-after. So there is a here-after because entries of Riba at least will be required to be set off. Then rijm was provided as punishment for a certain crime. This was carried in Sunnah of Muhammad(PBUH). Chapter 10 Political and Social System. Khilafa(human beings). Al-Khalifa(The leader) Al-Khalifa and Nabi. King and Nabi. King. This System stayed till Muhammad(PBUH) was sent as Last Nabi. So Law came from Allah during this period. After death of Muhammad (PBUH) that became Successors of Nabi by what ever name called. New Law not attempted as society continued on Divine path. Interpretations of Laws, within the Divine Law, for particular situations that may be short lived or for longer time, preferably, through Ijmaa. However, State of Islam broke down into Muslim States and rules of above type were made for each state at convenience. When a Central Point is developed these rules may go through Ijmaa as required by Jurisprudence in Islam. This may bring an end to present minor differences ( or start process to reduce them). Since Muhammad(PBUH) is the last Nabi, entire mankind is one Ummah now. His messag has to be carried to every man through dialogue and peace. Islam means The Peace. Chapter 11 Violance as seen from above. All actions,verbal or physical, by a human being in violation of above Laws,rules and interpretations in that line. Sanctions are provided in the Text of Quran and Sunnah, uniform for all. Mankind may struggle in a peaceful manner to keep the state of socity same to similar for all lest any one at any point of time or space be at a relative disadvantage. Equal opportunity,equal laws and equal rewards. Chapter 12 List of crimes and punishment there of. Chapter 13 Comparative list of crime and punishment--Man made vrs made by Allah(swt). All man made law is variation in shape of laws made by Allah(swt) possibly the uniform law and application is not acceptable? What about Riba, a violation of human rights, destroyer of economies and nations, breeds 50% of crime and so on? Mother of more than 60% social evils including violance that has changed th peace loving human beings into greed striken sick being both physically and psychologically. Solution to this Crime against Mankind is required specially when Vetican has spoken and Muslims are struggling for a solution.
