Respected Sir, M/s. Vatika Limited has booked flats for the third phase of Emilia project in Sector 83 (to check the sector number, if wrong, please correct) of Gurgaon. Vatika launched the project in 2011 and many innocent homeless citizens looking after house of their own booked appartments in this project. It is learnt that Vatika is not owning the land so far and farmers have filed a case in the Punjab and Haryana High Court against its acquisition demanding four times compensation from the HUDA. 2. I understand that no builder can book any aprartment without having the ownership on the land and taking the licence from your Department, in accordance with a notification issued in May, 2011. 3.
