#DrewCarey exposes #Christmas the PaganHoliday at the 2002 White House Correspondents Dinner. LOL. Christmas has absolutely nothing to do with the birth of Jesus. In ancient Egypt, a nativity story is related and recorded on walls at the Temple of #Amon at #Luxor, built by #Amen#Hotep III (1411-1375BCD): First the Ibis headed (g)od #Thoth (this is a Greek word, the #Egyptian word is Dwhuty). In this story, Thoth was the Egyptian equivalent of the Hebrew Gabriel. He hails the Virgin Queen, #Isis, and informs her that she is to bear a son. Next she is visited by Kneph (spirit) and becomes mysteriously impregnated when the #Ankh is held to her mouth. Later the child is born. The god is given gifts and adored by gods and men. The wall painting shows three human figures, kneeling and offering gifts. Other ancient Egyptian stories complete the nativity story: #Horus (Jesus) and his virginal mother, Mari (Mary or Isis) accompanied by Seb (Joseph) his foster father and protector are forced to flee to the marshes of Egypt to escape from the evil serpent Herrut (Herod). The original Gospel of Luke did not contain chapter 2, the popular Birth of Jesus story. It was added much later by adapting the above Egyptian myth to the test. This story or stories of this kind were related world wide. Every Solar Hero was born at the #WinterSolstice (December 25th on the Old Calendar), because the (#Sun) is reborn at the Winter Solstice. These are #Apollo, #Bachuus, #Moses, #Krishna, #Mithra and at least 20 other heroes. Incidentally, all of these people were born of virgins. I personally use the holiday season as a time to teach people how to give back to the less fortunate and their communities. In no way do I celebrate the pagan holiday itself. Its nothing but a commercialized money making scheme. #4biddenknowledge
