Driving thru Punjab today morning was so blissful....for reasons aplenty !! To be invited to speak on food laws with the enthusiastic bunch of FCI Hoshiarpur students....ONE To be able to meet the ever so wonderful Principal Navdeep Sharma and spirited faculty....TWO To be able to connect back with hotel school like curricullum....THREE To be able to savour tastefully prepared special food and so hospitably served.....FOUR To be able to show wifey first hand experience of an institute and the troubles and travails mentors take to groom their prodigies....FIVE To be able to feel the fresh air refresh us.....SIX To be able to share personal experiences with people who were so patient in soaking it all in....SEVEN To be able to humbly accept the honour and thanked for the insights shared....EIGHT To be able to yet again get in touch again with my very dear colleague and friend Chef Aarti Thapa......wonderfully artistic and graciously talented....immensely popular and very charming (pics shall follow....or course)......and ENDLESS talks...... INVALUABLE
