Drove through Destin heading to MS for the songwriter festival today. The good folks at Little Village mentioned I should drive through and see Navaree Beach. There is a good stretch of this beach where there are no houses, hotels, condos, fast food places etc. Just white sand, beautiful dunes and the ocean. I feel slightly like I am seeing the last of a species in existence. Other than the power lines connecting one side to the other this stretch I drove past here was fairly natural.
