Dub Vendor We are deeply saddened at the news that our dear friend and former colleague Robert Allen has passed. He fell gravely ill late last week, but his passing was confirmed yesterday evening. Our sincere condolences to his family and many friends. Robert was a well loved and respected man who made a massive contribution to the reggae business, starting with Neville King in the seventies and working at Dub Vendor and Fashion Records throughout the eighties. Subsequently becoming a hugely popular DJ on radio, latterly as a cornerstone of Vibes FM, and a massively popular club DJ and promoter. He will be greatly missed. R.I.P.
