Team Rehabs Wellness Center officially opened in 2001 and has been successfully offering well rounded and affordable fitness and wellness opportunities ever since The wellness center is equipped with state-of-the-art Cybex strength equipment, free weights, cardio machines including treadmills, elliptical machines, recumbent bikes, and step machines. A full range of wellness classes, both land and aqua, for all ages and ability levels are offered. The therapeutic pool is great for low stress work outs, swimming and/or relaxation. The gym is great for fitness classes as well as working on basketball skills.
