Tuesday 2nd December, to celebrate 5 years of Mint, we are going to reward you. A special set menu for only $55 per person, plus well be serving Moet Champagne for only $10 a glass! Menu Our own sourdough bread with smoked butter and olive oil. Light local asparagus and bacon soup with a crisp poached egg. Seared lamb loin and pressed shoulder with prosciutto, parsnip puree and french peas. Soft centred bitter chocolate fondant, tonka bean ice cream and salted caramel. Bookings essential!
