Due to expansion of The Exchange - Music Venue & Arts Centre is on the hunt for a new Assistant Manager. We are looking for a happy and outgoing person with supervisory bar level or management experience to join our team What are we looking for? We are looking for a person who will experience of working in a fast paced and varied evening environment, with at least some real passion for great music, ale and/or gins (our 3 favourite things!). The ideal Assistant Manager will possess and have: Confident about creating a professional and vibrant atmosphere Be friendly, approachable and a great host Have dealt with rotas and staff Have some knowledge of real ale and cellar work Please send your CV and covering letter in the first instance to exchangearts@gmail or drop it off at the Exchange/Musicians Centre on Russell Street, Keighley. Payment will start from £6.70 an hour which will rise accordingly after a review period. Hours are every Thurs - Saturday with lots of Sun with some midweek openings.
