Due to no fault of his own, Mojo’s family is struggling to care fore their newborn infant and maintain a work schedule. They feel heartbroken that Mojo is frequently neglected, and are searching for a loving home where he will be well cared for and happy. Mojo is very obedient and understands many words and hand/body signals. His vocabulary includes: “Mojo”, “come”, “sit”, “stay”, “down”, “leave it”, “drop it”, “speak”, “shake” (hands), “bang!” (plays dead), “come around” (objects while on a leash), “go get it” (fetching balls or toys), “go to bed”, (drink) “water”, “go poop” (on command if he has any), “go she she” (pee on command), (jump) “up”, “spin” (in a circle), “come inside” (the house), “ok”, “watch out for the car”, “good boy”, “uh oh” (if he did something wrong). He also responds to commands faster if we threaten him with counting “1”, “2”, “3!” in a serious tone. His personality is very friendly (excitable), but passive during confrontations/challenges. Mojo has been trained not to jump up on furniture, he lays on the carpet/floor, on his bed, and on his designated couch. He has been trained not to eat off the tables. He eats from his food bowl, our hands, and sometimes off the floor. He likes to bark at strangers but has not attacked/bitten anyone. He has been known to bite accidently during rough playing. Mojo’s favorite activities include going to the dog park and playing with friends, doing to Camp Bow Wow and playing with friends, running along side our bicycle around the neighborhood or on any trail, hiking, playing tug-o-war with a rope, getting body rubs, fetching Frisbees (which he will chew apart if not promptly asked to be return), chewing apart balls (including basketballs and soccer balls)/toys (stuffed animals)/bully sticks that he is given. He must be ordered to “leave” objects and cats alone that appear to have no owner. Mojo hates baths. He also appears to dislike smoke and people who smoke. Mojo is neutered. Mojo dreams.
