Due to overwhelming demand, we are going to do a no knead, sourdough bread workshop at Sogno della Terra very soon. We are working on details right now, but here are the basics. Starting on a Saturday at 2pm Wrap up after dinner. Well have snacks and a dinner. You can bring wine or other beverages. Youll get to take bread and some starter home. Lots of bread. The day looks something like this: Dough basics. Preshaping. Mixing and fermentation. Final shaping. Dinner break. Maintaining a starter/culture. Baking. How to handle your finished bread. I dont have a sense of what the cost will be yet. Im estimating $45 or $50. We will have 8 spots and I am sure they will fill quickly. We may only have one or two chances to do this this spring and again in November. It will be a lot of fun.
