Due to the aggressive, ongoing investigation of multiple House committees, new information, including recently released e-mails concerning the Benghazi tragedy, has come to light warranting a select committee be appointed. It is now clear the Administration lied to the American people and has reached a new level of stonewalling Congress. The select committee is the next step to hold the Administration accountable, get the truth, and serve justice. I applaud the current, outstanding work of the committees involved and I stand ready to help in any way to move this investigation forward.
