Due to the building safety issues at our Tipp City store we are going to need to close and find another location for our store. In the mean time we are going to set a delivery route. Thankfully the New Carlisle store is thriving, with Tipp on a delivery only basis we will have more staff at New Carlisle to keep up with orders and deliveries, no one will be loosing their job or getting hours cut, the customers will be getting even more attention to detail! How this will work? We are going to call all our customers from that area and put them on a delivery list. We are going to deliver for FREE no matter if is 2 bags or 2 tons of feed. To be fair delivery charges will be dropped until further notice. I do not want to lose my customers that I worked so hard to find. So Please, please, please give me a chance to find another location and be able to help you locally again. All the business will be dealt with by Rio Lima in New Carlisle until we get these issues resolved. Please spread the word so that others will also know. We will be posting this information at both stores and discussing to spread the knowledge as well. Thanks for your understanding!
