Due to the intense rain today, many sewer heads along Azalea Drive and Riverside Road have burst the manhole covers and are spilling sewage into the park at Ivy Mill and Vickery Creek as well as the river. Fulton County is aware of the problem and is doing what they can to fix it. Visitors are advised to avoid these areas until they dry out, or in the case of the river - wait for a few sunny days before getting in it.
