Due to the number of incidents and reports within the ACHESON INDUSTRIAL PARK area, over the past couple of months, Parkland County Enforcement Services made a visible presence and patrolled the Acheson area on a regular basis. All officers in the department participated resulting in many traffic violation tickets being issued and vehicle stops conducted. One trailer had been recovered as stolen from Edmonton during one of these proactive patrols. All suspicious persons, vehicles and activity requiring a police presence have been forwarded to the R.C.M.P for follow up. Parkland County Enforcement Services will continue to patrol the Acheson area and conduct operations within its boundaries to reassure business owners and deter crime within the location.
