Due to the overwhelming response to our Texas style brisket, we are now offering it every day starting on Friday the 7th! The last 2 Thursdays we have offered it and it was gone before noon. So our lunch and dinner crowd has missed out. Unfortunately when we run out were just out for that day because we cook them low and slow for about 14-16 hours.
