Dulles South Public Safety Day to Be Held June 14th at Dulles South Multi-Purpose Complex go.usa.gov/8dyx Loudoun County, VA- The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office along with the Loudoun County Department of Fire, Rescue and Emergency Management invite residents to attend the 7th annual Dulles South Public Safety Day. The Dulles South Public Safety Day will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2014, from 11AM to 2PM. This year’s event will be hosted by Loudoun County Parks, Recreation and Community Services at the Dulles South Multi-Purpose Center located at 24950 Riding Center Drive in Chantilly, VA. Loudoun County residents are encouraged to attend and meet Loudoun County Sheriff Mike Chapman and Fire-Rescue personnel and view various displays from law enforcement and fire-rescue. Some of the highlighted activities and displays include: •Fire and life safety trailer demo’s to include home escape planning and potential hazards in the home •“Put a finger On It” smoke alarm program informational center. Get current smoke alarm information and schedule a free home safety inspection to see if your home is protected •Moon bounce! •Large incident command bus from fire department, open for tours and demonstrations. •Loudoun Hazardous Material Response Team •Gaming and Fisheries informational booth and display •Various Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Patrol and Operational Support Division interactive resources that highlight public safety Light refreshments will be provided. ###
