Duplication You hear a lot about duplication. New people cant get reps to stick, new leaders cant seem to duplicate. Why is that? Lets analyze what most new people are asked to do. Most are told to hammer their friends, make uncomfortable calls or even cold calls. Or buy expensive ppc. (pay per click ads) and or buy or set up a complicated sales funnel or worse pay thousands for coaching. All are stressful, expensive and have low returns. Here is what we just set up. 100% can do this and thrive. Its targeted ads (many are free), no phone phobia, no pissed friends, no cost for the funnel and high level mentoring/coaching is free. All a new person does is listen to experienced mentors make them money while they learn. And the interview process is a series of slides on a screen share anyone can do.
