During 2014 the KUGBs Black & Brown Belt Courses, Special Dan Grade Courses and Kata Standardisation Course provided 36 hours of FREE training (not including Squad sessions), with our most Senior Instructors. On top of our Regional Championships in the Scottish, Welsh, Northern, Central and Southern Regions, the KUGB also held our National Championships, the National Youth Championships, The National Students Championships and the Shotokan Cup. As well as our Residential Courses in Torbay and Lancaster, the KUGB also provided two Grand Slams for our International Squads and two free Referees and Judges courses Additionally our National Teams also competed successfully at the ESKA European Shotokan Karate-Do Associations Championships in Zurich in November. Looking forward to 2015, it is going to be even busier with the WSKA Championships in Poland in October and the ESKA Championships in Crawley in November, details to follow.
