During November the nurses are joining in with Pet Smile Month which is a free dental check plus advice on dental care and Diabetes Awareness where owners are encouraged to come in and chat to the nurses (free of charge) about any worries they may have about their pet being diabetic - signs to look for are excessive thirst, frequent urination, weight loss despite constant hunger and lethargy, well even check your pets urine sample for free with a quick test strip.
