During school and college days, I doubt if we ever had time to talk with our parents about our family members or anything for that matter... Today I spoke with my mum for 6 hours non stop.. The happiness..... Priceless...... Always wanted to know about her side of the family cuz I grew up playing and knowing only my dads side cousins.... Learnt some new relation names like ellu thatha (kollu thathas dad) etc.. The traditions those days... How moms side family members got to know dads side etc... Suddenly felt Its important we spend sometime with our parents, talking about things which we havent so far.. I think other than Amma pasikudhu or Amma shoe enga or book enga etc, we really havent talked or spent any time with our mom ... If not now we can never talk with them... :) So had a simple yet splendid day....
